Breathwork, an ancient practice rooted in mindfulness and intention, focuses on harnessing the power of the breath to restore balance and vitality to the mind, body, and spirit.
Consultation
During a breathwork consultation, clients discuss their health concerns and goals with the practitioner Shelley, who explains the principles breathwork and what happens during the session.
Shelley offers 1:1 consultations and also holds breathwork classes once or twice a month.
Breathwork Classes are held on Wednesday evenings, 7:00-8:30pm.
£15 per person

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and wear comfortable clothing
The classes are small and intimate, about 7 people in total.
