Qualifying in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) in Herbal Medicine, Lynsey has worked in Bournemouth and Poole as a medical herbalist since 2009. She is passionate about improving health through herbs, diet and lifestyle and caring for her patients well being.
Western herbal medicine uses herbs predominantly native to Europe and North America. Using an holistic approach, herbal medicine is effective for many conditions. Lynsey is a believer in integrative medicine also, bringing different disciplines together, including working alongside orthodox medicine.
After your consultation with Lynsey you may be prescribed a tincture, cream, tea or supplement, whichever is appropriate to you.
All of her herbal prescriptions are made up uniquely with you in mind, with herbs specifically chosen because of your individual symptoms, medical history or medication that you may be taking.
